I’m not finding quite what I’m looking for on your website. Do you have more products available that you haven’t posted online?

Absolutely! Thanks to our excellent relationships with over 1,000 different designers and vendors, if we don’t have precisely what you want on our website, we can likely get it or have it made for you! If you’re looking for something special, simply email us at member@artigem.com and we can work to get it for you!

Do you offer any type of payment plan?

We’re sorry but at this time we do not offer payment plans.

Do you have a physical location in my area where I can view your merchandise?

We do not operate out of a brick-and-mortar storefront and have no showroom. We are a web-based business that offers fine jewelry at insurance replacement pricing. Through our expansive network of vendors, artisans and designers, we buy each item on an as needed basis. This allows us to provide policyholders and customers with a selection that would be far too large to store in one location.

How do I know if my stone will fit into the setting I like?
