Appraisals
We strive to offer the highest quality appraisals to your complete satisfaction. To that end, we offer a complete insurance replacement appraisal on any finished item of jewelry we sell over $1,000. We’re proud to provide this service at no additional charge and we ensure that the appraisal is handled by a GIA Graduate Gemologist for the highest attention to detail.
Return Policy
All of our in-stock items have a 14-day return policy. The item must be returned in new condition, including all reports and paperwork. Items that have been altered, sized, special ordered or custom designed are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
We now offer our Gem Member Complimentary 2-day FedEx insured shipping! Next-day shipping available for an upgrade fee.
A signature is required for packages. Your package will not be left at your shipping location unless someone is available to accept delivery.
Upon request, we can have packages held at a FedEx hold station for you to pick up.

Absolutely! Thanks to our excellent relationships with over 1,000 different designers and vendors, if we don’t have precisely what you want on our website, we can likely get it or have it made for you! Do you offer any type of payment plan?
We’re sorry but at this time we do not offer payment plans.
Do you have a physical location in my area where I can view your merchandise?
We do not operate out of a brick-and-mortar storefront and have no showroom. We are a web-based business that offers fine jewelry at insurance replacement pricing. Through our expansive network of vendors, artisans and designers, we buy each item on an as needed basis. This allows us to provide policyholders and customers with a selection that would be far too large to store in one location.
How do I know if my stone will fit into the setting I like?
